This policy governs the provision of wedding videography services by the Contractor to the Client. Services: The Contractor will capture the entire wedding day in 1080 HD, from morning preparations to evening celebrations. Editing will result in a 15-minute Cinematic recap film, with additional full-length videos of speeches and the ceremony. A 1-minute social media edit is included. Term: This agreement remains in effect until services are completed, with a 90-day termination notice requirement. Payment: A flat fee of £2000 (unless discounted)  is charged. A non-refundable 10% deposit secures the date, with the remaining amount due 1 month before the wedding. Late payments incur a 10% fee. Confidentiality: The Contractor agrees not to disclose confidential information obtained during the project. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property developed belongs to the Contractor, with limited use granted to the Client. Autonomy: The Contractor operates autonomously while being responsive to the Client's needs. Equipment: The Contractor provides necessary tools and equipment. Indemnification: Both Parties agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from claims related to this Agreement. Severability: If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties. Paying the 10% deposit acts as sealing this agreement.
